Weald C 3-2 Handcross Hotties
Roy knight 2-0 Jamie Brodie
Excellent start from Roy a reasonably comfortable 2-0. Gary Larouche 1-2 Pete Whatford
Pete the Wirlwind Whatford..... speed pool? who'd play that slow game?....when ya gotta shoot off early, a great way to play pool....if you can get away with it!....and thanks to me, Pete did! Lee Gibson 2-0 Danny Beadell
Another quality game from last years on loan player, this was arguably a must win game and against Danny who is arguably the Hotties best player. Vince Skinner 0-2 Mark Midderigh
Best game I've ever seen Mark play..... and although Vin had a chance to get into the first frame, there was no such courtesy extended in the second! Phil Hubble 2-0 BYE
Now this was disappointing......Game week one and only 4 players? It's a shame, there are teams out there crammed full of spare players! Well not the best of starts... but a Win. Man of Match: Gibbo.....Crucial. Hands up who didn't play tonight? #Iwannamisshalftheseasontowinatrophy.

Anyone mate, from any Div, it's not Prem only. ... Though it's easier if you have the card. Can always photo it. Little disappointed so far no one else has bothered, it's seems to be becoming a cop out to post a pic of a card on FB.

Pulse Heat 0 – 5 Pulse Heads
Mat M vs Daz
Daz bosses the 1st frame and has a virtually straight black… He dabs at it and it never looks likely. Mat proceeds to mop up his remaining balls after a couple of good safeties. Daz again controls the frame but this time when his chance comes he takes the clearance out confidently. Final frame is slightly different. Mat has the 1st chance and looks on for a fantastic clearance until he misses his 2nd to last ball. Daz play some great safety and once presented with the chance gleefully accepts. 1 - 2
Mr Hitch vs Kev
Kev is looking in fantastic form and Hitch has an uphill struggle from the word go. Kev plays some fantastic positional pool but again we miss a dolly black. However, Hitch does not really have an opening and tries the extravagant, it doesn’t come off and Kev taps in. The 2nd is much of the same really, when Kev breaks down it looks like Hitch is going to force his way back into the match... not to be and Kev plays a couple of stonking shots to take the game. 0 – 2
Carl vs Dutchy
Dutchy, Dutchy, Dutchy. What can I say, you’re like a fine wine. He rarely plays but when he does he makes the game look simple. Some fantastic safety play means Carl never really has a look in and when the chances come Dutchy looks solid. Bravo Birthday Boy. 0 – 2
Paul Bate vs Jenks
Paul produces a great break and dish to level the game a 1-1. Fantastic performance in his 1st ever premier league game which has been a long time coming. 1 – 2
Mrs Hitch vs Stacey
Julie puts in a good effort but Stacey eventually edges a tight game. Solid. 1 – 2
MOM: Could have been any of the front 3, but overall the birthday boy deserves the plaudits. Especially as he was having a candlelight bath when he received the call up at 10 past 8.
I presume it’s Yarmouth this weekend as Gary arrived wearing what can only be described as his ‘Sunday Best’. I’m sure they will remain on for the foreseeable future.

unrelated but i hope we never have to play at the Brewers again (cup last night) that shed in the Garden is not fit for pool at any level.
Further cup games/individual comps we would rather concede than go there again.
It was freexing in there last night and it is september - come the winter will be unbearable.
